A theatre and a classroom.

Cuibul means the nest. It’s a meta-modernist theatre: very close up, and comfortable leaving a contradiction alone instead of solving it. This season is Hysteresis II — Moon, -EM, and ATARAXIA.

On performance nights I’m front of house: welcoming people, seating them, looking after them. Around that it’s stage prep, the get-in and the get-out, and whatever else the staff and the cast need during a run.

I’m also rebuilding their tech, one piece at a time. The first piece was check-in. They started using it on my second day and haven’t stopped. Plenty left to do.

From September I’m teaching high school seniors for the informatics BAC. My own project. Free.

We meet in person, and every session is streamed live, so you can come either way.

Most of the work so far went into the room. I wanted a place where it’s easy to concentrate.
